We have taken a short hiatus on our monthly events but we are looking to end the academic year with a bang! Two must attend events are on the horizon.

May Event – 25th May (Thursday from 17:00)
Our monthly events are back and we will be hosting Marie Stadel this month at Cafe LUST (Oude Kijk in t’ Jatstraat 58, 9712 EL) from 17:00 onwards.
She will give a talk on her research which combines Experience Sampling with Personal Networks in order to get insights into a person’s social environment.

Summer Event! – 23rd May (Friday from 12:30)
Our end-of-the-year Summer Event is coming up! You may have seen a ‘save the date’ on our recent newsletters but we now have the full event programme ready! On the 23rd of June, we will take over Van Swinderen Huys (Oude Boteringestraat 19, 9712 GC) from 12:30 to toast Open Science activites in Groningen.
We will kick off the event with a keynote talk by Dr. Egon Willighagen from Maastricht University, who will give a talk on Open and FAIR Knowledge and data dissemination. Following, we have two fantastic workshops on making one’s dataset GDPR compliant and FAIR by Dr. Don van Ravenzwaaij and an Introduction to FORRT by Dr. Flavio Azevedo.
